Shipping Policy
Thanks for shopping with Nathan Carter Music. This page explains how shipping works, how long it takes, and what to expect.
Where We Ship
We ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland, the European Union, and most international destinations.
Shipping Times
Once your order is dispatched, please allow:
- United Kingdom — 2 to 5 working days
- Ireland — 3 to 7 working days
- European Union — 5 to 10 working days
- Rest of World — 10 to 21 working days
These are estimated times based on Royal Mail and international carrier guidance. Delays can occasionally happen during busy periods, holidays, or due to customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
Order Processing
Most orders are dispatched within 2 working days. During busy periods such as new album releases, Christmas, or major tour announcements, dispatch may take a little longer. We'll do our best to keep you informed.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't received this within 3 working days of ordering, please contact us.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
Orders to the European Union are sent on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Any applicable import VAT is included in your order total at checkout, so there are no additional fees on delivery.
Orders shipped to other countries outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country.
Nathan Carter Music is not responsible for any customs, import duties, taxes, or handling charges levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Refusing delivery does not exempt you from these charges, and any returned items due to refused delivery may not be refunded.
If you're unsure whether your country may charge fees, please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us through the Merch Enquiries page with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate it. Royal Mail considers a UK parcel lost after 15 working days, and international parcels lost after 25 working days — refund or replacement is available once an order is officially declared lost.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
